Clayworks Spaces Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Site Operations Lead to manage interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely execution and quality across all trades.

You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to drive on-time delivery and adherence to drawings and standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, interpreting architectural and MEP drawings, addressing RFIs, overseeing procurement and materials, and enforcing safety

Qualificações

• Proven experience in handling commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project tracking tools.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site operations and ensure smooth daily execution of interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to drive timely delivery.
• Supervise all aspects of site implementation including false ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery.
• Ensure works adhere to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Address and resolve on-site technical queries through RFIs and design clarifications.
• Oversee procurement, delivery, and quality checks of site materials.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure adherence to timelines and standards.
• Implement safety protocols and quality control procedures on site.
• Conduct regular inspections and manage corrective actions for any non-conformities.
• Maintain site documentation including DPRs, snag lists, material logs, and handover documents.
• Prepare and share project status reports with relevant stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Act as liaison for project updates, challenges, and resolutions.
