Job summary

Unisys is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead design, development, and support across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps. You will build workflows, scripts, and integrations, partner with stakeholders, and drive enterprise-scale transitions with strong ITIL governance.

The role requires hands-on scripting in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub, plus experience upgrading and patching the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform customizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and transitions.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Job description

What success looks like in this role: Lead the design, development, configuration, and support of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, integrations, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer solutions, and custom applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and translate business needs into technical designs. Support platform transition and transformation activities, including knowledge transfer, process improvements, and service onboarding. Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft technologies, and third-party platforms. Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, and maintain platform governance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues, providing L3 technical support and root cause analysis. Support platform upgrades, patching, release management, and regression testing activities. Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and service delivery. Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, knowledge articles, and operational procedures. Mentor junior engineers and support team capability development through knowledge sharing and technical guidance. Work closely with customer stakeholders, transition teams, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. Ensure system security, performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices. #LI-ND1

You will be successful in this role if you have:
