Job summary

Avantor is seeking a proactive Service Operations leader in Moradabad to guide a high-performing technical service team. You will own service operations, provide expert guidance, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities to grow service offerings and revenue.

A background in electronics/electrical/biomedical engineering with hands-on field service experience is required. You will lead, mentor, and develop service engineers, driving continuous improvement in service quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Services, Field Service, or Equipment Maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and deliver service excellence.
• Leadership experience with coaching and mentoring service professionals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Workday.

What We Are Looking For:
