Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a senior architect to lead architecture and solution design for Generative AI and enterprise technology transformations. You will define end-to-end architecture, roadmaps, and governance across medium to large programs, evaluating requirements to propose optimal solutions.

Drive innovation via POCs and AI tech, engaging stakeholders and providing strong technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture governance and design authority activities.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps and architectural patterns for large programs.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
• Define end-to-end architecture, technology roadmaps, and design recommendations for medium to large-scale delivery programs.
• Evaluate requirements and propose optimal technology solutions.
• Act as Design Authority, providing governance, alternatives analysis, and strategic guidance.
• Drive innovation through POCs, emerging AI technologies, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership.

• Database & Leadership: SQL, PL/SQL, Database Design, Large Account Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Communication Skills.
