Role Description

• Advanced Server & Infrastructure Management – Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, plan maintenance activities.
• Microsoft 365 & Azure Governance – Conditional Access policies, Intune/Endpoint Manager administration, license optimization.
• Backup & DR Execution – Oversee backup strategy, perform restore operations, conduct DR drills.
• Network & Directory Services – Manage DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy enterprise configurations.
• Application & Database Management – Configure IIS and SQL environments, performance tuning, and patching.
• Security & Compliance – EDR configuration, vulnerability remediation, compliance audits.
• Team Mentoring & SOP Creation – Guide junior staff, create and maintain technical documentation.
