Job summary

Staples India is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to act as a technical SME for the Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) solution. You will own app onboarding, resolve L2/L3 tickets, and drive CIAM improvements and automation across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in CIAM operations, strong collaboration and communication, and hands-on experience with Ping AIC or ForgeRock Identity Cloud/Open AM. Flexibility to work in roster-based shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in operations support leveraging access management solutions (Ping AIC or ForgeRock Identity Cloud/Open AM).
• Experience with other CIAM solutions like OKTA, Ping Access/Ping Federate, Entra ID is acceptable, but Ping AIC or ForgeRock Identity Cloud experience is mandatory.
• Shift work in roster rotations and strong teamwork are required.
• Proficient communication skills and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle L2/L3 tickets and perform app onboarding in Ping AIC.
• Develop, test, and deploy minor enhancements as SME for the CIAM stack.
• Create SOPs for L1 service desk and guide CIAM operations team.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Provide on-call support and triage production incidents within SLA targets.
• Maintain knowledge of MFA, Passwordless (FIDO2), and identity proofing concepts.
• Cross-skill and up-skill in related CIAM services as needed.

Role Summary

The Senior Security Analyst should work as a technical SME for the Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) solution, key delivery outcomes expected from this role are:

• Understand requirements related to MINOR enhancements, develop, test and deploy
• Analyze and resolve L3, L2 tickets
• Application Onboarding in Ping AIC – Standard, out of the box patterns (SAML, OAUTH/OIDC, SCIM)
• Application customization – JavaScript driven
• Minimal hands-on experience in Workforce access management solutions like Entra ID
• Good understanding of MFA, Passwordless authentication (FIDO2) and Identity Proofing
• Triage & resolve production incidents, restore the service availability within SLA targets
• Automate assigned manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. To improve productivity and efficiency.
• Create SOP documents for L1 service desk team
• Guide the Security analysts and associates deployed for CIAM workstream
• Flexible working in shifts as per roster rotation.
• Cross-skilling, Up-skilling in other services under the scope of the CIAM Operations

Beyond the above outcomes, driving continuous service improvements to automate manual L1/1.5 tasks.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: BE degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant support experience in Ping Advance Identity cloud or Ping Access/Ping Federate or ForgeRock Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Open AM.

Basic Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in operations support leveraging access management solutions (Ping Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Open AM). Other CIAM solutions like OKTA, Ping Access/Ping Federate, Entra ID experience is acceptable, but Ping AIC or ForgeRock Identity Cloud experience (minimum 2-3 years) is mandatory.
• Working in shift model as per roster rotation strategy
• Team collaboration, Effective communication.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on operations support experience in Ping Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Open AM. L2/L3 tickets, App Onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications

• CIAM Implementation and Operations support experience.
• Exposure to Workforce access management implementation and multi-factor authentication.
