Job summary

Coforge Limited in India is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery for our clients in travel and hospitality domain. The candidate will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams.

You will work with cross-functional teams across product, QA, DevOps, and architecture, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid offshore setup.

Experience in SAFe is a plus; Bachelor's in CS/IT required and CSM/PSM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• SAFe certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and sprint commitments.
• Track and report sprint metrics, team velocity, burn-down charts, and release progress.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile coaching.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Support release planning, PI planning, and roadmap execution where applicable.
• Ensure transparency in project status, risks, and issues through regular stakeholder communication.
• Promote Agile maturity and coach team members on Scrum values and principles.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Role Overview

• Experience with project and Agile management tools such as:

• Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Travel, Hospitality, Cruise, Airlines, or Transportation domains.
