Essential Functions
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, CR’s, day-to-day support issues raised by business including configuration, demos, training, user testing, SOD, profiles and roles, ensuring user satisfaction and process continuity.
- Handle complete supply chain, procurement and part of manufacturing Oracle fusion modules for all the business units.
- Drive successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure functional and technical alignment of project-related systems.
- Develop, manage, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved service delivery issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
- Guide and mentor internal project teams, offering leadership, expertise, and decision support throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Act as a strategic advisor to client leadership, influencing key decisions and ensuring business outcomes are met.
- Resolve complex system or process issues by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Raise, monitor, and coordinate resolution of service requests (SRs) with Oracle and internal technical teams.
- Evaluate and implement new features released in Oracle Fusion Cloud, aligning them with business requirements and compliance needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, any relevant discipline

- OTBI
- Data Load (Data Migration)
- Security (SOD, Roles and Profile, cleanup and review)
- Workflow
- Handled all ERP lifecycle phases: analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of Supply chain, procurement and manufacturing module integration with other Oracle Fusion process areas/modules/functions (e.g.Warehouse, finance, projects, procurement, order management, maintenance, etc.) – with a strong understanding of business terminology and industry benchmarks.
- Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have multiple on-hand end-to-end implementation experience, architecture experience in designing the overall transaction flows, integration with various modules etc.
- Development of reports through OTBI and interface experience using OCI/OIC with various modules and 3rd party systems.
- Ability to manage priorities, team handling, reporting, solving problems effectively, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving, root cause analysis, automation, business re‑engineering and process improvements, high attention to detail and commitment to process and data integrity and critical thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes, test cases, standardization, centralization of solutions & configuration, master data standards and user training materials and ability to convince business on industry best practices.
- Should have handled the internal customer support across modules, SLA reporting, status reports on frequency basis with business stakeholders, change management.
- Strong Team handling, task handling, project tracking, review, project management, Change request tracking, SLA, support ticket overall status and dashboard and reporting to management/business stake holders.
- Strong exposure on business process re‑engineering across processes.
- Segregation of duties (SOD), Data management tools for managing master data and cleanup experience.
- Review of roles and access and regular cleanup experience. Any exposure to MDM and GRC tools preferred.
- Handle IT service management and overall tickets for ERP and ensure SLA's are met.
- Experience in working with multi org setup/ Group company setup which has multiple legal entities, subsidiaries and spread across multiple countries, locations and well verse with statutory requirements in terms of data, access, reporting etc.
- Good to have exposure to EPC or construction industries.
- Preferred experience if they have any customer handling or implementation/roll out experience with UAE or Saudi customers.
- Review and handle various change requests and requirements from business users.
- Review and status call experience with various business functions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken and any person with Arabic language speaking skills would be preferred.
- Collaborate with audit, compliance, and reporting teams to ensure ERP outputs align with any statutory or regulatory requirements
