ArchLynk is seeking a Senior SAP IBP Supply Optimizer Consultant to lead end-to-end IBP implementations in global supply environments. You will design configurations, define optimization profiles, and collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure optimal planning performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience with 4+ years in IBP Supply Optimizer implementations.
• 3+ end-to-end IBP Supply Optimizer projects completed.
• Expert-level knowledge of Supply Optimizer planning logic, algorithms, and configuration.
• Experience integrating IBP with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC/APO.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP Supply Optimizer implementations from blueprint to post-go-live optimization.
• Translate business requirements into Supply Optimizer configurations, heuristics, and optimization profiles.
• Design and configure advanced supply planning including demand/supply matching and optimization.
• Configure inventory, replenishment strategies, capacity constraints, and resource usage.
• Support data integration between SAP IBP and SAP ERP ecosystems (S/4HANA, ECC, APO).
• Run workshops with stakeholders and IT teams; conduct unit/integration testing and UAT support.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous optimization of planning processes.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Maintain knowledge management and contribute to repository of solutions.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant specializing in SAP IBP Supply Optimizer. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise delivering 3+ end-to-end SAP IBP Supply Optimizer implementations for complex, global supply chain environments. You will lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of advanced supply chain planning solutions, with exposure to Order-Based Planning (OBP) and Demand Planning as a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP Supply Optimizer implementation projects, from blueprint design through post-go-live optimization
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Supply Optimizer configurations, heuristics, and optimization profiles
• Design and configure advanced supply planning solutions including demand/supply matching, heuristic planning, and supply chain optimization
• Configure inventory and replenishment strategies, capacity constraints, and resource utilization parameters
• Support data integration between SAP IBP and SAP enterprise systems (S/4HANA, ECC, APO)
• Conduct workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional teams
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and provide end-user acceptance testing (UAT) support
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous optimization of planning processes
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and knowledge management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience, with minimum 4 years in hands-on SAP IBP Supply Optimizer implementation and configuration
• 3+ end-to-end SAP IBP Supply Optimizer implementation projects delivered to completion
• Expert-level knowledge of Supply Optimizer planning logic, algorithms, and configuration options
• Demonstrated expertise in supply planning heuristics, optimizer profiles, and performance tuning
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and/or legacy SAP systems (ECC, APO)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with global clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to Order-Based Planning (OBP) and/or Demand Planning modules
• Experience with real-time integration (RTI) and advanced data integration approaches
• Knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and integration
• Certification in SAP IBP
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery approaches
• Familiarity with CI or CI-DS or other advanced integration tools
