Job summary

ArchLynk seeks a senior SAP IBP Consultant in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end IBP Supply Optimizer implementations for global clients. You will translate business requirements into IBP configurations, models and optimization profiles, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integration with SAP S/4HANA and ECC/APO.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience with minimum 4 years hands-on SAP IBP Supply Optimizer implementation.
• 3+ end-to-end SAP IBP Supply Optimizer projects delivered to completion.
• Expert knowledge of IBP planning logic, algorithms, and configuration options.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC/APO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with global clients.
• Familiarity with IBP real-time data integration and performance tuning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP Supply Optimizer implementation projects from blueprint to go-live.

• Design and configure advanced supply planning solutions including demand/supply matching.
• Configure inventory, replenishment strategies, and resource utilization.
• Support data integration between SAP IBP and SAP enterprise systems (S/4HANA, ECC, APO).
• Conduct workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders and IT.
• Execute unit and integration testing and provide UAT support.
• Post-go-live support and continuous optimization of planning processes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP Supply Optimizer implementation projects, from blueprint design through post-go-live optimization
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Supply Optimizer configurations, heuristics, and optimization profiles
• Design and configure advanced supply planning solutions including demand/supply matching, heuristic planning, and supply chain optimization
• Configure inventory and replenishment strategies, capacity constraints, and resource utilization parameters
• Support data integration between SAP IBP and SAP enterprise systems (S/4HANA, ECC, APO)
• Conduct workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional teams
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, and provide end-user acceptance testing (UAT) support
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous optimization of planning processes
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and knowledge management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience, with minimum 4 years in hands-on SAP IBP Supply Optimizer implementation and configuration
• 3+ end-to-end SAP IBP Supply Optimizer implementation projects delivered to completion
• Expert-level knowledge of Supply Optimizer planning logic, algorithms, and configuration options
• Demonstrated expertise in supply planning heuristics, optimizer profiles, and performance tuning
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and best practices
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and/or legacy SAP systems (ECC, APO)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with global clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to Order-Based Planning (OBP) and/or Demand Planning modules
• Experience with real-time integration (RTI) and advanced data integration approaches
• Knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and integration
• Certification in SAP IBP
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery approaches
• Familiarity with CI or CI-DS or other advanced integration tools
