Job summary

Hucon Solutions in Mumbai seeks a SAP HCM consultant with hands-on experience in SAP HCM Core, PA/OM, and Indian Payroll to join our team.

The role involves supporting and/or delivering SAP HR projects, with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integration and SAP Activate methodology a plus. You will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure effective HR processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Core and its Infotypes, actions, and dynamic actions.
• Hands-on experience with Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Experience with Indian Payroll and payroll integration concepts.
• Experience in support and/or implementation projects in SAP HR domain.
• Good communication and stakeholder handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or participate in SAP HCM implementation projects.
• Contribute to payroll and time management integration discussions and designs.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth delivery in HR processes.
