Job summary

NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Analystalyst SAP Ariba Production Support consultant to manage production environment requests and monitor SAP ECC data loads into Ariba.

You will respond to end-user questions, resolve interface failures, generate weekly/monthly reports, and coordinate with security, basis, and other teams. 3+ years of experience required; Senior level expectations apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Production Support.
• Experience with Ariba modules: Buying & Invoicing, SLP, Sourcing Contracts.
• Senior level with ability to handle production issues and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Production Support Activities - Manage requests related to the operation and functionality of the Production environment.
• Monitor daily data loads from SAP ECC into Ariba.
• User Support Activities - handle end-user requests and one-time data requests.
• Interface Failure - monitor interface failures for Purchase Orders, Receipts, Invoices, Supplier integration.
• Work with ERP and interface teams to resolve and reprocess failed transactions.
• Run weekly/monthly reports to monitor transaction statuses.
• Create any adhoc reports for business teams.
• Monitor Ariba Administration emails and coordinate with Security, Basis, interface, OneSource teams.
• Ticketing tool experience - ServiceNow is a plus.

Module expertise: One or more of the following Ariba modules: Buying and Invoicing (B&I) SLP Sourcing Contracts

• Production Support Activities - Manage requests that relate directly to the operation and functionality of the Production environment - such as addressing a technical problem, rerunning a failed process, fixing orders, or performing other actions to make the environment operate in a manner that supports business users' needs.
• Production Support Activities - Monitor daily data loads from SAP ECC into Ariba
• User Support Activities - Manage requests for assistance from end users, usually involving questions about the use of the system, one-time requests for system data, or inquiries about the feasibility and impact of system changes.
• Interface Failure - Monitor interface failures for Purchase Orders, Receipts, Invoices, Supplier integration
• Interface Failure - Work with ERP and interface teams to resolve and reprocess failed transactions
• Operational Support Activities - Run weekly / monthly reports to monitor transaction statuses
• Operational Support Activities - Create any adhoc reports required by business teams
• General Support Activities - Monitor/manage Ariba Administration Email accounts
• General Support Activities - Coordinate support activities with other teams such as Security, Basis, interface, OneSource etc
• Ticketing tool expertise - Good to have ServiceNow work experience
