Job summary

CIEL HR seeks an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant in India to design and configure SAP Ariba solutions and support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP Ariba, hands-on work with Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts, and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.

Strong communication and stakeholder management, testing, deployment, and production support are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with SAP Ariba and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of Ariba modules and source-to-pay workflows.
• Experience with Ariba integration to SAP ECC/S/4HANA and ITK/CIG.
• Experience in testing, defect management and production support.

Job description

Required Technical & Functional Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba Procurement and Sourcing.
• Good understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
• Experience with Ariba Guided Buying.
• Experience with Ariba Sourcing and sourcing event management.
• Good understanding of Ariba Contracts and contract management processes.
• Experience with supplier onboarding and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes including:
• Purchase Requisition
• Purchase Order
• Goods Receipt
• Invoice Processing
• Invoice Reconciliation
• Approval Workflows
• Experience with catalog management and catalog configuration.
• Good understanding of Ariba approval workflows and business rules.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Understanding of SAP Ariba Integration Toolkit (ITK) and integration concepts.
• Knowledge of interfaces and integration technologies such as CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) is highly preferred.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and work effectively with technical teams.
• Experience in testing, defect management, and production support.

Key Responsibilities in the Project

The consultant will be expected to:
