- SAP HCM expertise across PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Recruitment and Training.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM processes and HR policies.
- Experience in SAP HCM Payroll localization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Event Management.
- Customize SAP HCM processes to support HR business processes.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.
- Provide documentation including design specs, functional specs, and user manuals.
- Support data migration and integration related to SAP HCM.
- Stay updated with SAP HCM industry best practices and system upgrades.
- Coordinate with technical teams for development and integration.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies related to HR processes.
