Job summary

PwC in India is seeking a SAP HCM Associate within the Advisory line of service. The role focuses on delivering SAP HCM consulting, including PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and related HR processes, with emphasis on deployment, training, and post-implementation support.

You will collaborate with HR teams to translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions, perform configuration and testing, and assist with data migration and integration while staying current with SAP best practices.

Qualifications

Collaborate with HR and business teams to translate requirements into SAP HCM solutions.
Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Event Management, and Performance Management.
Customize SAP HCM processes to align with HR business processes.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.
Provide documentation including design specs, functional specs, and user manuals.
Support data migration and integration activities related to SAP HCM.
Stay updated with SAP HCM industry best practices and system upgrades.
Coordinate with technical teams for development and integration.
Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR policies.

Responsibilities
