Job summary

LPL Financial’s Global Capability Center in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. You’ll drive automation, shift-left testing, and CI/CD integration while collaborating with product, architecture, and engineering teams.

• 8+ years in software QA, with a focus on Salesforce platforms.

• Experience in CI/CD and test suite maintenance.

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud & Financial Services Cloud (FSC).The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Salesforce testing, test automation, API and integration validation, Agile delivery, release certification, and quality engineering best practices. This individual will act as a quality champion, driving automation, shift-left testing, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with product, business, architecture, and engineering teams.Responsibilities:Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, PI planning, and release planning activities.Validate Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Salesforce Platform to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Perform functional, integration, end-to-end (E2E), API, regression, UAT, and release testing for Salesforce applications and enterprise integrations.Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, and JavaScript, driving automation and shift-left testing initiatives.Validate Salesforce integrations with REST APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, JWT, AWS services, microservices, and third-party applications.Support CI/CD and release validation, manage defects through root cause analysis, collaborate with development teams, mentor QA engineers, and promote Salesforce testing best practices and quality standards.What are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
