Ascendion is seeking a Senior Salesforce L3 Support to join our Gurgaon-based team. You will administer and enhance Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud configurations, write Apex and Visualforce code, and ensure robust data and reporting solutions.

The role requires 12–14 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, strong SQL skills, and a track record of delivering reliable production support in enterprise environments.

Required Skills

• Administering new Configuration by creating Objects, customer fields, workflows, reports and Dashboard.
• Develop / Enhance new functionalities by writing Apex triggers , Apex controllers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex and visual force pages.
• Create customer labels and list views Prepare Test scripts Develop complex validation rules Code Deployment in lower environments.
• User story creations, understanding of Agile methodologies for development Skill set: Apex, Visualforce, Sales Cloud, SQL, Workflow Rules, validation rules, Approval rules, Change sets, reports, Dashboards, sharing rules.
• Salesforce Admin Certification ITIL certification

Minimum Qualifications

Salesforce Sales and Service cloud, APEX, SQL.
