Job summary

Ascendion, a leader in AI-powered software engineering, is hiring a Senior Salesforce L3 Support in Gurugram. With 12–14 years of experience, you will administer configurations, manage objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

You will develop and enhance functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, and Salesforce Admin capabilities. You will create user stories, work in Agile teams, and support deployments across environments.

• ITIL certification

Responsibilities

• Administering new Configuration by creating Objects, customer fields, workflows, reports and Dashboard.
• Develop / Enhance new functionalities by writing Apex triggers , Apex controllers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex and Visualforce pages.
• Create customer labels and list views; prepare test scripts; develop complex validation rules; code deployment in lower environments.
• User story creations, understanding of Agile methodologies for development.
