Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Build and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and Flow automation.
• Collaborate with middleware teams for end-to-end integration support.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce applications.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
