Job summary

Pico is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce platforms aligned with business goals. The role combines hands-on development with architecture leadership to deliver secure, integrated solutions across Billing, CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Hybrid work arrangement with weekly office time in Hyderabad and flexibility for remote work. Requires 10+ years in Salesforce, with CTA and Revenue Cloud experience preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, Billing, CPQ with hands-on configuration and development.
• 10+ years of experience designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.

• Implement and support end-to-end Salesforce solutions, contributing to architecture decisions across configuration, data model and integration.
• Analyze complex challenges to develop Quote-to-Cash solutions including Salesforce Billing, CPQ & Subscriptions.

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The role combines hands‑on development expertise with architecture leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Implement and support end-to-end solution design for Salesforce developments, by contributing to architecture decisions across functional configuration, development, data model, and integration.
• Analyze complex challenges to develop impactful Quote-to-Cash solutions including Salesforce Billing, CPQ & Subscriptions, and related processes aligned with business objectives.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightening Web components, Visual force, Salesforce APIs.
• Build and deploy custom applications and automation, support code review, test and monitor production migrations.
• Lead planning, execution and delivery of Salesforce Billing, Sales cloud, Service cloud, CPQ, Revenue Management, Contract Lifecycle management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs and create technical specifications, system design documents, and user stories.
• Define integration architecture with enterprise applications and data warehouses (Power BI Preferred).
• Design and manage integrations, billing, and oversee data migration and data governance initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, lead technical reviews, and drive architectural decision‑making.
• Perform application testing, develop custom test suites, coordinate production releases, and support Agile delivery practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, Billing, CPQ with hands‑on configuration, development.
• 10+ years of proven experience with design and development of custom solutions for Salesforce. This may include using Apex, Lightning, batch apex, Lightning Component frameworks and Salesforce API.
• Experience mentoring and guiding developers and administrators.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing).
• Salesforce certified technical architect (CTA) preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science

Working Arrangements

This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home . Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).
