Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform.
• Build and maintain custom applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Asynchronous Processing.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Framework.
• Configure Health Cloud objects, care plans, and patient management workflows; healthcare data models.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external apps using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware.
• Develop reusable components and frameworks following Salesforce development best practices.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment validation, and production support.

• Manage source control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment using Gearset, Copado, or SFDX/SF CLI.

• Proven track record of winning competitive RFPs against multi-vendor shortlists.
• Strong executive communication skills - you're comfortable presenting to a CIO or CMO solo.
