Job Description: Salesforce Developer - Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSHC)

Experience: 4-10 years (suggested; adjust based on project requirements)

Employment Type: Full-time

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to support healthcare and life sciences business processes.
• Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and development best practices.
• Apply knowledge of GxP compliance, computer system validation (CSV), and validation documentation in regulated environments.
• Support requirements traceability, test planning, defect management, and validation activities.
• Work with Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud where applicable.
• Lead day-to-day delivery, coordinate with developers and functional consultants, and track deliverables.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, architects, and project managers to ensure successful implementation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure solution quality.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development and deployment standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce customization.
