Mphasis Ltd. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce environment in Bengaluru.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and drive best practices across the development lifecycle. The role requires 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce features.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and codebase overviews.
• Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and test automation.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth.

Qualifications:

• Required: 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle. Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems. Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred).
• Preferred: Experience with CI/CD tools. Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Background in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
