Siemens seeks a Senior Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect to lead complex CPQ implementations across India. You will design and evolve architecture, break down requirements into features, and document designs for stakeholders, architects, PO/PM and developers.

You will collaborate with security teams, integrate systems, and champion agile and DevOps practices while mentoring teams. Candidates should have 10+ years IT, 5+ years Salesforce CPQ, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce CPQ architecture (Salesforce ARM/RCA).
• Experience architecting and managing large-scale CPQ implementations (Salesforce ARM/RCA or CPQ+).
• Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems.
• In-depth full-stack development experience with modern technologies.
• Experience presenting to stakeholders and decision-makers (technical and non-technical).
• Experience with API lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile SCRUM and DevOps).
• Pragmatic mindset with output orientation and strong team player attitude.

We are looking for Senior Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect.

You'll Make a Difference By

• Performing research and proof-of-concept work with the goal of designing the best solution for complex business requirements
• Evolving and maintaining the functional and technical solution architecture based on business process and functional needs
• Breaking down large-scale project requirements to manageable features and user stories
• Creating and explaining solution designs (incl. related AI technology) and documenting them in a way that Stakeholders, Architects, PO, PM and developers can understand and/or execute them.
• Being able to build trust with key business stakeholders
• Working with the SI information security team to meet Siemens IT security standards
• Collaborate with Corporate Technology, Corporate Transformation Projects to incorporate new technologies/ideas to improve business processes.

Job Requirements/ Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years dedicated to Salesforce CPQ architecture in Salesforce ARM / RCA.
• Experience architecting and managing a large-scale full-life cycle of a CPQ implementations (preferably Salesforce ARM/RCA or CPQ+)
• Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems as may be required by 5+ years of full-stack software development and maintenance experience
• In depth experience with full-stack development with state-of-the-art technologies
• Design and development of integrations between applications as required in the project
• Experience presenting to PO's or other decision makers in selling ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
• Experience with API lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (including Agile - SCRUM and DevOps).
• A pragmatic mindset with output orientation and a strong team player

Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect [Required].
• Salesforce Certified B2C Solution Architect (Preferred).
• Platform Developer II (Preferred).
