Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited in India seeks a Salesforce Solution Consultant/Analyst with 7+ years of CPQ experience. You will identify business needs, plan solutions, and coordinate with PO and developers in an international context.

The role requires SDLC, SFDC development or admin knowledge, and the ability to define features as user stories. Office-based in Bengaluru with a global delivery footprint.

Qualificações

7+ years of Salesforce CPQ+ experience in solutions consulting or as a user.
Knowledge of SFDC development and/or Admin is a plus.
Experience defining features and user stories in large-scale SDLC projects.
Proven ability to present designs to diverse stakeholders and drive buy-in.

Responsabilidades

Identify and elicit SI CPQ business needs.
Plan and explain requirements to PO’s and developers and oversee progress and quality.
Bridge business needs with IT solutions and coordinate with the SI 3S CPQ architect.
Break down features into usable user stories and work in an Agile Safe framework.
Support evolving the functional solution architecture.

We are looking for Salesforce Solution Consultant/Analyst.

You’ll make a difference by:

Working towards identifying and eliciting the SI CPQ business needs
Research, plan, and explain to PO’s and developers what is required and overseeing the progress and the quality of the project
Working with the business and acting as a bridge towards the IT team
Working closely with the SI 3S CPQ architect to come up with smart and efficient IT solutions
Breaking down the business features into workable, manageable user stories
Working in an Agile Safe framework.
Supporting evolving the functional solution architecture

Job requirements/ skills:

7+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ+ (preferably with RCA/ARM) as a solutions consultant or user
Knowledge of SFDC development and/or Admin is a plus
Multiple experience in defining features and user stories in at least one large-scale SDLC international project, preferably in the space of CPQ
Experience presenting to PO’s or other decision makers design solutions and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
Orchestrating different internal and external teams on topics like interfaces/processes ending up in a common agreed solution
Experience in Agile DEVOPS SCRUM environment
Strong focus on meeting quality guidelines (for both product and processes)
Strong team player and experience in international environment
A pragmatic mindset with output orientation
