Job summary

Kairos Technologies is seeking a Salesforce CPQ specialist with hands-on experience in SFDC CPQ and Zuora CPQ, including quoting, products, and pricing workflows. The role requires strong configuration and customization skills across Apex, Triggers, LWC, and batch jobs, with exposure to integration efforts.

Knowledge of SOQL, governor limits, and performance tuning is essential. Experience Cloud and AI tooling experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on in SFDC CPQ / Zuora CPQ with quoting, products, pricing workflows.
• Proficient in configuration, customization, Apex, Triggers, LWC, and batch jobs; good integration exposure.
• Solid understanding of SOQL, heap size, governor limits, and performance optimization.

1. Strong hands-on in SFDC CPQ / Zuora CPQ. Should have proper understanding of Quoting, Products, Pricing processes

2. Strong knowledge in configuration, customization, Apex, Triggers, LWC, Batch jobs with decent exposure to Integration.

Proper understanding in SOQL, Heap size, Governor limit, performance improvement. Should be well versed with real time exception errors (reasons with possible resolution).

3. Good experience in Sales and Community (Experience) cloud.

4. Hands-on experience in project delivery with AI tools like Agentforce, Claude Code etc.
