Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Sr Sales Manager to drive LAP Loan business across Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Chennai. You will manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to disbursement, while building relationships with DSAs, connectors and customers.

The ideal candidate has LAP/Mortgage experience, a track record in channel sales, and the ability to meet monthly targets while coordinating with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.

Qualifications

• LAP/Mortgage/Secured Lending experience required.
• DSA/broker sourcing experience desired.
• Ticket size handling: 10 Lakh to 1.5 Crore.
