Gripon Bharat in Pune seeks a Sr Sales Executive to manage dealer and distributor networks in the assigned territory and drive growth in building material and construction chemical products.

You will visit contractors, retailers, and project sites, appoint new dealers, promote tile adhesive and allied products, and achieve monthly targets while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Building Material or construction chemical sales.
• Experience in Tile Adhesive, Waterproofing, Cement, or AAC Blocks.
• Strong dealer handling and channel sales experience.
• Good knowledge of Pune market and builders/contractors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; two-wheeler required.

We are hiring dynamic sales professionals for Building Material / sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle dealer & distributor network in assigned territory
• Generate sales through retail & trade market
• Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage
• Visit contractors, retailers & project sites regularly
• Promote Tile Adhesive, Block Adhesive & allied products
• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive secondary sales
• Maintain strong dealer & contractor relationships

Candidate Profile:

• SELF - DRIVEN CANDIDATE PREFFERD
• 1-3 years experience in Building Material / Construction Chemical sales
• Experience in Tile Adhesive / Waterproofing / Cement / AAC Blocks preferred
• Strong dealer handling & channel sales experience
• Good knowledge of Pune market & Builder's & Contractors @Pune
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Two-wheeler mandatory
• Local candidates Local Language preferred

Salary: Best in Industry 4LPA - 6 LPA + Attractive Incentives + TA/DA-Car allowance/Two wheeler allowance
