Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in India seeks a Sales Engineer to drive sales growth by applying technical knowledge and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement effective sales strategies.

You will manage key accounts, build strong relationships, address queries, and conduct regular business reviews while adhering to SFDC processes and reporting. Travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• MBA is an additional advantage.
• 6–10 years of experience in sales, territory management.
• Strong understanding of regional markets and distribution models.
• Experience with Automotive customers is an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
