Job summary
Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer for Automated Tag Welding, on-site in Hyderabad. You will design, program, commission and optimize robotic welding cells, working with ABB/FANUC/KUKA/Yaskawa robots and multiple welding technologies.
The role requires 5–12 years in industrial robotics and welding automation, hands-on cell experience, PLC knowledge (Siemens/Allen-Bradley) and familiarity with RobotStudio, RoboDK, Process Simulate or DELMIA. Certification is a plus.
Qualifications
- 5–12 years of experience in industrial robotics and welding automation.
- Hands-on experience with robotic welding cells and automated tag welding.
- Strong knowledge of ABB/FANUC/KUKA/Yaskawa robots.
- Experience with MIG/TIG/laser welding systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs – Siemens / Allen-Bradley.
- Experience with RobotStudio / RoboDK / Process Simulate / DELMIA.
- Knowledge of machine vision, seam tracking, and weld inspection.
- Experience in robot programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Engineering degree in Robotics / Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field.
