Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer for automated tag welding at client site in Hyderabad. The role requires 5–12 years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics and welding automation, with strong proficiency in robot welding cells and programming.

Ideal candidates will work with ABB/FANUC/KUKA/Yaskawa robots, MIG/TIG/laser welding, and PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley). Knowledge of RobotStudio, RoboDK, Process Simulate or DELMIA, and weld inspection will be highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in Industrial Robotics & Welding Automation.
• Hands-on experience with robotic welding cells and automated tag welding.
• Strong knowledge of ABB / FANUC / KUKA / Yaskawa robots.
• Experience with MIG / TIG / Laser welding systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs – Siemens / Allen-Bradley.
• Experience with RobotStudio / RoboDK / Process Simulate / DELMIA.
• Knowledge of machine vision, seam tracking, and weld inspection.
• Experience in robot programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Robot welding cell programming and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automated welding processes.
• Integrate welding systems with PLCs and vision inspection.
