Job summary
Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer for on-site welding automation in Hyderabad. You will work with robotic welding cells and advanced tag welding systems, integrating ABB/FANUC/KUKA/Yaskawa robots and MIG/TIG/laser welding processes.
The role requires 5–12 years in industrial robotics and welding automation, strong PLC knowledge (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), and proficiency with RobotStudio, RoboDK, Process Simulate or DELMIA. On-site collaboration with clients is essential.
Qualifications
- 5–12 years of experience in Industrial Robotics & Welding Automation.
- Hands-on experience with robotic welding cells and automated tag welding.
- Strong knowledge of ABB / FANUC / KUKA / Yaskawa robots.
- Experience with MIG / TIG / Laser welding systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs – Siemens / Allen-Bradley.
- Experience with RobotStudio / RoboDK / Process Simulate / DELMIA.
- Knowledge of machine vision, seam tracking, and weld inspection.
- Experience in robot programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.
