Tekskills Inc. is hiring a Senior Robotics Engineer for Automated Tag Welding in Hyderabad. The candidate will work with ABB, FANUC, KUKA, and Yaskawa robots on automated welding processes, including MIG/TIG/laser welding, and integrate PLCs from Siemens/Allen-Bradley.

Proficiency in RobotStudio, RoboDK, and Process Simulate, plus machine vision and seam tracking, is required. The role emphasizes industrial automation and hands-on robotics programming to optimize welding quality and throughput

Qualifications

• Robotics experience with ABB/FANUC/KUKA/Yaskawa robots.
• Experience in automated tag welding.
• Experience with MIG/TIG/laser welding.
• Knowledge of PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley).
• Experience with RobotStudio, RoboDK and Process Simulate.
• Proficiency in machine vision, seam tracking and weld inspection.
• Background in industrial automation and robotics programming.
