About The Position
Develop and maintain the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management processes to ensure that the organization effectively secures Chevron’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct appropriate communications, measures, and actions to remediate cybersecurity risks to Business Units and Digital Platforms.
- Build relationships with Risk Management Operations (RMO) to ensure critical cyber security information reaches Business Units.
- Identify and address gaps, trends, or opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of Risk Analysts in developing and maintaining the cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management processes.
- Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills.

- Years of relevant experience (useful).

Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1:30pm to 10:30pm.
