Chevron Corporation seeks a DCAM Delivery Coordinator to lead deployment of Digital Core Asset Management across Chevron assets, focusing on reliability, maintenance scheduling, and KPI deployment within the ENGINE Center.

You will coordinate with IT teams, business units and field staff to accelerate deployments, manage data cleansing, training, and role assignment, ensuring smooth go-lives and alignment with Chevron standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical (preferred) or electrical or instrumentation engineering from AICTE university.
  • 8–12 years of experience using maintenance and inspection tools in oil and gas/energy as an end user.
  • Minimum 5 years of field experience dealing with maintenance in large Chemical/O&G/LNG facilities.

  • Accelerate deployment activities to allow for multiple concurrent deployments.
  • Lead deployment activities with business units preparing them for go-live.
  • Manage data cleanse, training strategy and coordination, role assignment, and deployment coordination.
  • Support Product Manager and DCAM Deployment Lead, working with Digital Core IT and SDP teams to deploy solutions.
  • Support design sub-teams as maintenance/reliability engineering subject matter expert and business process owner.
  • Work closely with Business Unit Digital Core Team and operations leaders to lead deployment activities.

The Digital Core Asset Management (DCAM) Delivery Coordinator provides leadership and coordination of DCAM deployment across Chevron assets.

The Digital Core (DC) Program is responsible for the design, build, and deployment of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP S4HANA) across the Chevron Enterprise.

This program will standardize and integrate work processes across the enterprise in four primary areas: Finance, Hydrocarbon Value Chain, Procurement/Supply Chain and Asset Management.

The program is standardizing the foundation for an enterprise-wide maintenance and inspection platform.

This will allow the enterprise to improve data quality, apply predictive data analytics to real-time process to optimize maintenance and operations.

DC is being delivered across the enterprise via a series of releases and digitally enables key aspects of Facilities Integrity and Reliability Management (FIRM).

This role is part of Chevron’s Reliability and Integrity organization within Chevron’s ENGINE Center and will provide reliability engineering, maintenance, scheduling, and mobility expertise in deploying asset management process, applications, metrics, KPIs, and performance tools.

Key responsibilities:
  • Accelerate deployment activities to allow for multiple concurrent deployments.
  • Lead deployment activities with business units preparing them for go-live.
  • Manage data cleanse, training strategy and coordination, role assignment, and deployment coordination.
  • Support Product Manager and DCAM Deployment Lead, working with Digital Core IT technical team, Surface Digital Platform (SDP) team, Business Unit end users, etc. to deploy solutions.
  • Support design sub-teams as a maintenance/reliability engineering subject matter expert and business process owner.
  • Work closely with Business Unit Digital Core Team and operations leaders to lead deployment activities.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical (preferred) or electrical or instrumentation engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a deemed/recognized (AICTE) university 8-12 yrs of experience in using maintenance and inspection tools in the oil and gas / energy industry as an end user (not development). Should also have at least a min of 5 years of field exp dealing with maintenance activities in a large Chemical/O&G/LNG facility. Strong organizational and coordination skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using centralized maintenance management system SAP/SAP S/4HANA.
  • Fluency and demonstrated experience with SAP S4 EAM Plant Maintenance Management systems.
  • Experience in migration from JDE/Maximo/SAP to S4HANA.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Previous trainer experience.

Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, supporting business requirements across the world. Accordingly, the work hours for employees will be aligned to support business requirements. The standard work week will be Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1.30pm to 10.30pm.
