Job summary

Zywave is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights for our Sales and Client Success teams. You will own key metrics reporting and partner with U.S.-based stakeholders, turning business questions into trusted dashboards and analyses.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Revenue Ops or SaaS Analytics, deep knowledge of B2B SaaS metrics, strong SQL/Snowflake and BI tool experience, and excellent communication and QA skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Analytics, or SaaS Analytics.
• Strong grasp of B2B SaaS metrics (pipeline, bookings, forecast, churn, retention, expansion).
• Strong SQL/Snowflake and BI tool experience.
• Excellent communication, QA, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, bookings, forecast, win rate, renewals, and churn.
• Create and optimize Salesforce reports, dashboards, and CRM-based views.
• Use Snowflake/SQL to pull, transform, and validate sales and CS data.
• Analyze SaaS metrics to uncover root causes behind missed bookings, pipeline gaps, and churn.
• Build reporting assets in Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation, and stakeholder support.
