Max Super Speciality Hospital Noida is seeking a Resident in Laboratory Medicine. The role reports to the Director of Laboratory Medicine and expects the candidate to provide timely, accurate services and apply clinical knowledge with ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities include maintaining QA/QMS standards, ensuring patient safety, and mentoring subordinates in a fast-paced hospital setting. Ideal candidates hold MD or DNB, with 0–3 years of experience, and are prepared to uphold

Qualifications

MD or DNB qualification mandatory.
0–3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
Designation: Resident in Laboratory Medicine.

Responsibilities

To provide timely and accurate services to the patients & service users.
To demonstrate effective application of professional knowledge and clinical acumen.
To keep abreast with latest research, development & techniques in the field.
To ensure service excellence with high standard of customer service (reduce waiting time, no negative occurrence, Proactiveness).
To ensure smooth running of the department.
To ensure that test methodologies are followed in 100% of samples.
To facilitate teaching and training programs to subordinates.
To ensure optimum utilisation of resources by self and subordinates.
To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Program (DMP) of the hospital.
To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
To Comply with patient safety policy
