Job summary

Insight Alpha in India seeks a Senior Research Associate to identify and recruit top professionals for client research projects. You will monitor industry trends, build relationships with senior industry leaders, and coordinate with Research Managers to meet time-sensitive requests.

The role offers exposure to global experts, hands-on experience across policy, economics, business and academia, and opportunities to advance within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1.5-3 years of experience in primary executive research or knowledge management.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills in a business-focused setting using multiple channels.
• Good command of the English language.
• Successful track record of working in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise with high accuracy.
• Leadership qualities, positive energy, and ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.

• Grow the India/Global Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders using campaigns, leveraging lists, associations, referrals and other relationships.
• Coordinate with client-facing Research Managers/Analysts/Project leaders to gauge clients' needs and fulfil time-sensitive research requests by analysing client inquiries.

As a Senior Research Associate, you will draw from a broad pool of experts, including premier thought leaders from around the world and recruit the most relevant experts for our clients' research projects. Qualifications

• The successful candidate should have 1.5-3 years of experience in primary executive research or knowledge management.
• Postgraduate Degree/Graduate Degree required.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.).
• Good command of the English language.
• Successful track record of working in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities, positive energy, and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
