Deutsche Bank AG in Mumbai seeks a Business Support Specialist for Investment Managers. You will partner with the Emerging Markets IM franchise to deliver analytics, portfolio review support, and investment content preparation, enabling client discussions and campaigns.

You will perform market research, prepare reports, and support governance, risk, and regulatory requirements while enabling AI-enabled productivity initiatives across the team.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Investment Advisory Support, Business Management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management offerings and investment products across asset classes.
• Experience in business reporting, analytics, management information and performance monitoring.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare portfolio review materials and client discussion materials for Investment Managers.
• Conduct market, industry and macroeconomic research to support discussions.
• Support the preparation of investment presentations and client-facing materials.
• Provide operational and administrative support for investment and trading activities.

accordance with applicable policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.Your skills and experienceAt least 6 years of relevant experience in Investment Advisory Support, Business Management, Sales Management or a related role within Private Banking or Wealth Management.Strong understanding of Wealth Management offerings and investment products across multiple asset classes.Experience in business reporting, analytics, management information and performance monitoring.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.Experience preparing presentations, management materials, reports and business updates for senior stakeholders.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with data visualization, reporting tools and AI-enabled productivity tools is advantageous.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies.Post‑graduate or undergraduate degree with strong analytical skills.Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve
