• Support the technical Release Management of systems ensuring releases are planned, executed, and validated according to guidelines.
• Support and execute Change and Release Management processes for both the core Program as well as Operations following the core Program, minimizing disruptions to services.
• Collaborate with the Release Management function across development, testing, and deployment to coordinate release activities across development, testing, and deployment, ensuring successful and timely releases.
• Act as a point of contact for inquiries and drive issue resolution related to Release Management and Solution Manager as well as Retrofit.
• Support the maintenance release and test plans, schedules, and documentation, including release notes and post-release evaluations.
• Mitigate risks associated with releases and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding release status and potential impacts.
• Own and drive end to end release management, including release planning and calendar management, change lifecycle management, risk and dependency tracking, and issue resolution throughout the release cycle.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

Support the technical Release Management of systems supporting that releases are planned, executed, and validated according to Guidelines.

Support and execute Change and Release Management processes for both the core Program as well as Operations following the core Program, minimizing disruptions to services.

Collaborate with the Release Management function, including technical and senior release management roles. work closely with Basis and Solution Manager teams as well as the core Program to coordinate release activities across development, testing, and deployment, ensuring successful and timely releases.

Act as a point of contact for inquiries and drive issue resolution related to technical Release Management and Solution Manager as well as Retrofit.

Support the maintenance release and test plans, schedules, and documentation, including release notes and post release evaluations.

Mitigate risks associated with releases and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding release status and potential impacts.

Support the continuous improvement of release processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.

Own and drive end to end release management, including release planning and calendar management, change lifecycle management, risk and dependency tracking, and issue resolution throughout the release cycle.
