Job summary

Niva Bupa in Gujarat is seeking a Branch Sales Executive to drive annual branch targets by selling health insurance products across customer segments. The role focuses on achieving sales goals and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

You will maintain ongoing communication with branch leadership, resolve customer queries, and support the bank's sales force through lead generation, follow-ups, and timely referrals. Training and product updates are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Life Insurance/General Insurance or related Bancassurance roles.
• Experience in managing Affluent/HNI customers in banking or insurance contexts.
• Strong relationship management, communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual branch targets by driving sales across customer segments.
• Maintain cordial relationships across all branch levels and resolve escalations in a timely manner.
• Support TPD sales force with joint calls, lead generation and timely follow ups.
• Update branch manager on referrals and activation of the sales force on a regular basis.
• Provide regular product training to the branch sales team and drive health insurance solutions.

Key Roles Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned annual target of the branch by driving sales across all customer segments- Business mix in terms of blended premium no. of cases.
• Maintain cordial relationship across all ranks and files of the branch and resolve escalations with in TATs.
• Support TPD sales force in terms of various activities like
  • Joint sales calls to generate leads
  • Adhere to the TATs on first customer contact follow ups from the date the lead is being registered
• Update branch manager on accurate records of referrals received from all constituents of the branch
• Service branch customers for any query.
• Regular product training / refresher to the sales force of the branch
• Ensure activation of TPD sales force on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis
• Drive productivity by right advising of health insurance solutions
• Measure penetration across relationship manager, client base / branch base
• Update NBHI lead management system Engage in branch customer awareness program and explore every possible opportunity to bundle the health insurance proposition
• Create mindshare across branch leadership team
• Drive effectively the Reward and recognition programs launched for the bank staff
