Job summary

Job Overview

Key member of the team responsible for managing Niva Bupa regional sales through bancassurance partners. Works closely with partner channel, branch managers, customer service, and the wider business to ensure timely delivery of high‑value, high‑quality services to bank beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned annual target of the branch by driving sales across all customer segments.
• Maintain cordial relationships across all ranks and file types; resolve escalations within TATs.
• Support bank’s sales force in activities such as joint sales calls to generate leads, update branch managers on referrals, and adhere to TATs on first customer contact and follow‑ups.
• Service branch customers for any queries.
• Provide regular product training/refresher to branch sales force.
• Ensure activation of bank sales force on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
• Drive productivity by advising health insurance solutions.
• Measure penetration across relationship managers, client base, and branch base.
• Manage MBHI lead management system.
• Engage in branch customer awareness programme and explore bundling of health insurance proposition.
• Build mindshare across branch leadership team.
• Drive reward and recognition programmes for bank staff.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

A graduate degree holder in any discipline.

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills

• 2‑3 years of experience, preferably in Life/General Insurance bancassurance.
• Relationship Management / Investment & Wealth Advisory experience in banks.
