Role Description

The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmednagar. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. The role includes understanding customer insurance needs, recommending suitable products, and guiding them through the policy lifecycle, from onboarding to claims support. The Senior Relationship Manager will regularly liaise with internal teams and insurers, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities to increase business through cross-selling and up-selling. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, conducting local market outreach, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in insurance are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a relationship management, key account management, or consulting role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmednagar, manage field visits as needed, and operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
