Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Austin, TX. The role focuses on high-touch candidate relationship management, sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing software engineers in the semiconductor space.

You will partner with clients, manage the recruitment process, and drive continuous improvements in sourcing methodologies. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of full-cycle software engineering recruitment, strong behavioral interviewing skills, and extensive experience with ATS systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle software engineering recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting software engineers in the semiconductor space.
• 5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
• 5+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• Ability to go onsite 1-2 times weekly in Austin, TX; degree preferred.

Korn Ferry is searching for a Sr. Semiconductor Recruiter in Austin, TX experienced in recruiting software engineers in the semiconductor space.

As a member of Korn Ferry, the Senior Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

• Client Relationship Management - Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner

Required Skills

• Ability to go onsite 1-2 times weekly in Austin, TX; currently located in the Austin area
• 5+ years of full cycle software engineering recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting software engineers in the semiconductor space
• 5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
• 5+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
• High School diploma; 4-year degree preferred
