• Project Financial Management: Maintain accurate general ledgers, project cost ledgers, and cash flow statements for ongoing real estate developments. Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Prepare and file monthly GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure complete compliance under RERA regulations. Vendor & Contractor Billing: Verify contractor RA bills, sub-contractor payouts, material purchase orders, and site expense vouchers. Audit Coordination: Lead internal and external statutory audits, liaising with chartered accountants and tax authorities.
