Job Overview

At Rudra Group, we are expanding our real estate and construction projects and are looking for a sharp, dedicated Sr.Accountant / Accountant with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience.

In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing site and project accounting, vendor and contractor bill verifications, tax compliance (GST & TDS), and financial tracking. Key Responsibilities & Job Role

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ledgers, and voucher entries for real estate projects.
• Verify, process, and reconcile Contractor Bills, Sub‑Contractor Bills, Labor Charges, Material Invoices, and Civil Engineering Work Orders.
• Track payments paid to suppliers and contractors, ensuring timely settlements and balance reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
• Prepare, calculate, and ensure timely filing/deduction of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
• Handle GST compliance, including GST calculation, Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation, return preparation/filing, and compliance specific to the real estate sector.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Domain Preference: Strong preference for candidates with direct experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Builders firms.
