Responsibilities

• Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger posting, and month-end close activities.
• Manage inventory accounting, including reconciliation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Handle GST & TDS filings, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain General Ledger, trial balance, and support compliance & audit requirements.
• Monitor and control the import/export reconciliation and freight management processes.
• Support internal and external financial audits and ensure adherence to all company policies.
• Maintain administrative records and assist with day-to-day finance operations.
