Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, or Accounting/Finance. 1-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in construction/real estate accounting will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and reconciliations. Manage construction project-related accounting and expenses. Prepare invoices, bills, payment records, and receipts. Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations. Maintain records of contractors, suppliers, vendors, and project expenses. Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements. Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries. Monitor outstanding payments and receivables. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, project teams, and management regarding financial matters.
