Responsibilities

Detailed Job Description:

As an ORAN C&I Support Engineer supporting advanced Open RAN initiatives in Noida via VRK Power Private Limited, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of CU/DU/RU system integration, test execution, and multi-vendor coordination. Your day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Centralized Unit (CU), Distributed Unit (DU), and Radio Unit (RU) architectures, analyzing LTE/5G NR protocol stacks (RRC, NAS, PDCP, RLC, MAC, PHY), and managing cloud-native containerized platforms using Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenStack. You will perform air interface troubleshooting, evaluate RF antenna technologies, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure strict SLA governance, and coordinate seamlessly with multi-vendor equipment manufacturers. Furthermore, you will maintain meticulous documentation, incident logs, and test verification reports.

Key Responsibilities:
