Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Cost Control, and Contract Management for highway projects.
• Experience with EPC, HAM, or Item Rate Contracts preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, and cost estimates for highway projects.
• Review and certify contractor RA bills, final bills, and quantity measurements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and claims.
• Manage contract administration, change orders, and payment certifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives on commercial matters.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, progress reports, and project cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, and project procedures.
